I take my training very seriously. I train 4-5 times a week aiming to get an advantage over other drivers.
I am on a high protein, low-calorie diet to aim to be as light as I can be with gaining lean body mass. My training routine consists of a lot of cardio with lightweight/ high reps exercises. This is to improve my stamina for endurance as well as lean muscle strength.
